Day 21: Back in the present ...

(Blogging and loving it, clearly. For YOU.)

Considering I just blathered nonsense for the last 20 minutes in the prior entry, I don't have high hopes for this one. I'm sitting on a couch in the hotel lobby, the only place I can get a free signal, trying to be unrecognizable and look unapproachable. Convention is over and I'm thankful that it is. Last year's was cake compared to this one, but still had a great experience. Except when facing admonishment from distributors who got the word that I was resigning next week. Eke. They love me, they really love me! Not true. But at least they know I exist and appreciate what I do. Makes the work and exhaustion worthwhile.

I can't wait for breakfast in the morning. I'm going to eat so much pineapple Hawaii will rejoice and declare June 22nd a holiday in my honor. What am I even talking about?

Let me go to bed, all right? Tomorrow is a new day and I will be a new man. 7 a.m. wake-up call. I get to sleep in.
