Day 5: Rarely am I so proud ...

... of my discipline. This is the kind of humanitarian marketing that reaches people. Measurable and communicable, contributor efforts are logically connected to results. Very impressed. I have so much more I want to talk about tonight, but I don't want the message to get buried in my prattling. Just watch this "advertisement" and buy a net to save a life.

There's an entire Nothing But Nets channel on YouTube you can access HERE. I posted the clip above because it's the most traditional 30-second "commercial" you might actually see on TV. Check out the channel for more videos documenting distribution, results, and testimonials for the campaign. Also, watch the slick and surprisingly effective spot featuring David Beckham for Malaria No More.

Yours in change,
BJB

P.S. The diet is going well. Nothing really of note. It just takes A LOT of planning. The sole saving grace is that Taco Del Mar (their middle name is 'delicious' people!) offers a vegan burrito. I can definitely sense my body adjusting, but I don't feel much different. Truthfully, my energy levels are a bit low, but I'm not sure if I can chalk it up to atypically long work hours or the diet or what. Anyway, I'll write more about the journey as it gets more interesting and worth writing about. Stay tuned.

P.P.S. In a little bit of self-promotion, you can find my mug on the ONE blog regarding the delivery of PEPFAR II petitions and meetings. Just scroll down a little. The picture of me is ludicrous ... I have such a hard time taking myself that seriously.

My sis bought me a "net" for xmas last year. She was looking for some sort of hockey foundation, and came across this. Not so related, but nevertheless...
